I think most of it has to do with paranoia...Not just in the sense "The cops are coming" but the whole combination of things. You may be alone with no worrys in the world but you are a bit bored...Should I watch TV, or read, or excersize...You end up thinking too much about too many things, instead of just doing something, and focusing on one. I know when i smoke i feel like I have to be somewhere, doing something, but i dont know what. I never feel at ease. Taking a deep breath and relizing that the world is yours helps alot though :]
