Scale - Need Help

Hola - I was wondering if anyone knows of a place that sells digital scale for around 20-30 dollars(thats the price range im lookin for) a friend of mine showed me a site that did so i know that there is some out there on the web i just cant find it!

Anyways I did a search to see other posts but none pointed to anything in my range if anyone could help itd be appreciated or should i just look on ebays heh

A cheap way out is to make a simple balance scale:

String
Wire hanger
2 Plastic sandwich bags
Scotch Tape
Known weights

Can you figure this out from the ingredients? Or do I need to descibe the set-up too?

A crisp dollar from the bank weighs a gram but im not sure that would work

i think 1cc of water weighs a gram too.

I would check on eBay. I got a good scale there for $45 with shipping and all that.
