Kansas Shroom hunting trek anyone?

I was thinking about going on a good little expedition here in Kansas if anyone is wanting to do it. I am new to the whole deal so I was wondering if there were some people more experienced and know when the best time would be to go and where. I have a buddy who has a bunch of land around here. It is 15 minutes from Burlington if anyone is interested? Since I am a circus freak I will have to get my percocets refilled so I can make the journey, but I think one day of dancing in the woods is in order. Not like the good old days when my buddy and I lived in the woods smoking cigarettes when we weren't supposed to. he he.
I went out the other day with my friend where we found some shrooms once before and we saw mostly slimes and such and some that were already dead. I am going to post another message later about trying to identify this mummy shroom.

Yeah I am serious actually. Sadly enough I am. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome ( I can bend my fingers backwards and touch my wrist). Oh any me knees and hips and (flat feet) hurt. Since my body sucks and the collagen in my body hates me. I have to go to work right now. YAY. Standing up for 8 hours strait kicks my ass...
Can't go out on disability (at least not yet). Good lord I wish I could. But that is life.
I can post pictures if you would like? HA ha ha. Most people are like "oh what the fuck!". Welp. Its that time again. I got to head out to work.
