Ok so Im not going to get into details, but basically this dumbass kid stole something from me and some friends that was worth 1300 dollars. He denied it for a month, but EVERYONE knew he did it because hes a major retard, cant keep his mouth closed and is just an overall dumbass. Anyways, I guess he was all Xanied out the other day and let it slip to one of my friends who had been convinced by him that he had nothing to do with the stealing. As soon as my friend found out he was lying this whole time he told my other friend who got this shit stolen from and he called me. Then I called the bitch who stole it and he admitted to it. He said he didnt know what I was thinking and thought he was jacking the other dudes and not me. I told him thats even more not cool to use that reasoning. I then said he has 2 weeks to whip up 1300 before shit starts going down. He said he cant do that and I told him to get his retard ass a job, sell drugs or something just get me my fuckin money you low life.
What do you guys think I should do?

Hurt em enough to cause 1300$ in ER costs. Its really not much though, just a broken rib or something like that. Was the stolen item in question legal or illegal to possess? The answer to that question practically defines your outlook.

I did that about 3 years ago when some punks broke in and stole all my electronics; computer, xbox, ect. Luckily the dumb kids went to the closest GameStop and traded it all in. Im still getting 50$ checks each month from the 2 kids who stole the stuff.

Then email him the mp3 of that phonecall and start applying pressure.
$1.300 is a lot to cough up in a short time if he doesn't have a job, but you probably know where he lives, you are in overlapping circles, you could record that call so your position is pretty strong to give him incentive to pay it back.

Do what a one of my friends. He got some grapefruits and frozen them.Then he put them into a pillow case.When he come out of his house.His coat and shirt where pull over his head and he got the shit beat out of him...He was in the hospitals for a month..

Because hes in a position of extreme debt, this is one of the best situations for you.
You get to ride his ass each day about getting a job. You get him in check because this man is your bitch until he gets you your 1,300$ back. And I am not kidding you.
You ride him each day. You tell him parents what he did and any of his friend what he did. You make sure everyone knows that this person owed you 1,300$ because they know if he spends money elsewhere.
You tell him that the 2 week limit was not bullshit, and that your relying on him to make your rent this month. Tell him that if you don't make rent then your fucked. So if he doesn't pay then hes fucked. I think you pretty much get the drift...

I think Im gonna resort to non-violence. I like the rent idea, I think Im going to tell him that and if he doesnt pay back in 2 weeks im getting kicked out of my house and moving back to his town (this happened in a separate town) and well you dont want me to be around after i just got kicked out of my pad.

I'm actually quite passive, I've never been the fighting type,
I like to let everything slide, you cant push me into a fight
but I will let you try and hit me several times before I choose
to defend myself, hitting me wont make me angry enough to fight
you have to show a willingness to harm someone that really
doesnt want to get mixed up in it. I know what I'm capable of,

I didnt give his accomplice a choice, I gave him a beating
because he had a reputation to protect, dragging someone half

matter of not listening to what I want to do to do what's right
some events can change you, others can help make you better

If its 1300 of dank im assuming hes selling it therefore i'd request a good bit more then the 1300 maybe suggest that you fronted it to him and he can keep a little bit of change if he gets you the money you want. Consider it him doing the work for you. Pressure him do some things that will make him regret what hes doing. Or if he is indeed selling it off start telling customers how he ripped you off and will probaly rip them off.

Yeah I actually guess I am more like you than different. I have to be pushed pretty far to fight, just talk and pushing takes a minute and punching just pisses me off. If someone just hauled off and hit me yeah its on. But my more crazy pshycho thougth wouldbe reserved for teh ones who really deserve it. lol.
People like those types and other worse types.

I was a small kid growing up, everyone picked on me, it's easy

This kid Zach owes me $400, which he broke into my truck and stole while i was sleeping at this chicks house(come to find out they were in on it together). this happened like 5-6 years ago, havent ever been able to catch the motherfucker, but if i do, jeebus help him, because im going to hurt him badly. it was my fathers money that he gave me with the intentions of getting him an OZ of pot. i had to pay for that shit out of my own pocket.

fuck that shit pris. i work by the 1 strike rule. you can swing as much as you like, but if you hit me, it had better put me down.

I nabbed a parking space at the atlanta zoo, some guy though I cut
him off, he put his car in park and waited for me to get out, it
was my little brothers birthday, his grand parents and a bunch of
family was there. I got out and started towards the table they
were at, it brings me close to his truck, he started yelling from
the minute I got out of the car, anyway I told him if he wanted a
fight to get out of the truck, he opened the door and started to
get out, I kicked the door shut. his leg was in the way
I do have days where I dont want to put up with it

i see your point, however in most places it doesnt matter if he hit you once or 20 times before you strike back, generally once you strike back its assault on both parts.
if there are witnesses it doesnt really matter either way. im pretty skilled when it comes to street fighting and martial arts, i am quick, and i can block and sidestep quite a few hits before one is landed, depending on how experienced the person is, they may never hit me, get tired of swinging and walk away.
all the while im dodging and sidestepping, im telling them that they had better back off before i defend myself. ill be damned if im going to take more than one hit though.

I try to walk, if you take that option from me then I'll hold my
ground, if you take from me the option to remain passive, then
it will be very unpleasant, I dont fight clean and I dont
understand fair in a fight. I kick a man when he's down, I try
to break ribsI have no issues wish breaking someones skull but I
have to know that it's what they wanted.
I'm 5'6, easy pickin's for the guy that feels he needs to prove
something. you have people killing their own families, their
friends and people they've never even met. how do I know I'm not
about to be a statistic. most people want to stop after the
first salvo. I want to stop before words are exchanged
