syringe making.. am i right

ok to make a spore syringe.. i pc a syringe and a glass far and a piece of chicken wire.. plcae the chickenwire in the bottom of the jar(1/2 pt.) so it is raised up off the bottom. and put some water underneath, About 12cc's b/c its a 12 cc syringe. place a cap on the chicken wire and let the spores drop onto the water than suck them up with the syringe.. RIGHT??

WTF are you talking about???
Where in the hell did you get that tek from???
Sterilise a shot glass and some water.
Pull up 14cc or so of water into the sterile syringe, scrape enough spores into the shotglass.
Squirt some of the water out of the syringe into the shotglass.
Stir the spore/water combo and suck up the solution, suirt and suck a couple times until you have all the spores in the syringe.
Flame sterilise the needle and store.

It sounds like a pretty good idea to me, but most people seem to get away with just placing the cap in the bottom of a jar for 24 hours, then squirting in some water and sucking it back up.
