But I'm stuck between the Silver Surfer and Vaporbrothers...what do you guys think would be the better investment? The SSV is a little pricey but a couple of my friends have one and I've heard nothing but good things about it, it was also the first vape I hit. On the other hand the Vaporbrothers sounds like a good product too, what's your opinion?

I've heard mixed things about a volcano and my budget won't really allow me to spend that much

Volcano is the way to go no matter what. If you're going to spend the money spend it on something you know is going to be a great product. I havn't heard one bad thing about it.

I bought a Vaporwarez vaporizer off of ebay for $120, it came with the best grinder with keef catcher ive ever seen(1g of keif from 3/4oz of weed!) and a scale. The vaporizer rocks, you can take huge hits as you are just pulling hot air through the weed so you can make the hits as big as you like, it works amazing for $120, furthermore shipping was free and it has a 5 year warranty.

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest -- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty. Nobody is able to achieve this completely but striving for such achievement is, in itself, a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security." Albert Einstein

Yeah, I saw the Volcano at my local head shop yesterday. Wow, I really, really want one. The classic version and the digital version are only $539 and $669 respectively. For that price, how can you afford not to buy one?

Really?! I have an SSV and I frigging love it. It's the best I've ever tried and one of my prized "investments". Whenever someone talks about vapes I reccomend this one, which I do, to this guy. What don't you like about yours? I can't even imagine.

I have an SSV too, and I used to love it. For the first two years, it was awesome! And then the whip got a little cumbersome, and I found myself turning the heat higher and higher to get the same amount of vapor. And then my brother got a Volcano, and when I went over to help him break it in, it blew my mind. I haven't used my SSV since, and don't plan on it anytime soon...

thanks for the suggestions...the vaporgenie looks cool for on the go vaping and its cheap, but i think i'm bankin towards the SSV. I'm looking for something that can just hang around the house for personal and close friends to use and the SSV seems like it could get the job done.
If i had the money, I'd get a Volcano, they look real easy to use.

What does the cumbersome whip have to do with requiring higher temps?
I'll admit that one gets tired of the whip, but I thought the hands-free attachment could help with that?
Don't get me wrong man, I just don't like the idea that my precious surfer is going to disappoint me. That said, having to upgrade to the volcano after a few years wouldn't be totally painful.

I don't think the whip has anything to do with requiring higher temps. It just seems to me that my heating unit doesn't get as warm as it used to at the same position, and so I find myself turning it up higher and higher to achieve the same heat level. I do have a very early version of the SSV, so maybe that has something to do with it? Maybe they've improved? I don't know, but the hands-free attachment would be a rather nice upgrade....

I've got the Vapir Vape One digital vaporizer and it only cost me like $100. It works great, I'm very happy with it.

I was thinking about going with Da Buddha vaporizer, made by the same people as the SS, looks the same but a little smaller and for 90 bucks less.
