I might have screwed up bad, need help!

Ok, here's what happened... Like an idiot, I got all stoned and decided, "Hey, it's a good time to make my casing!"... Anyway, I thought I was doing everything perfect, I sprayed the room with lysol, cleaned all my work surfaces and utensils, washed my hands, even wore a mask over my nose and mouth so I didn't breathe on anything. BUt, what I neglected to think about was the fact that I used jars from 2 different strains in one casing. I feel pretty stupid right now. My question is, will this casing be totally useless or will one of the strains just take over and fruit? Please help, I'm going crazy over this mistake right now!

They should both colonize the casing and the two strains will fruit next to each other.
