True Monotubs are never supposed to be touched. Only opened for spawn, casing and harvest. No misting. Thats why your having moisture problems, let the humidity build in a closed environment, the RH will get up there.
But your bastard monotub is looking pretty damn nice, so what do I know. I hope the flushes treat you well. Great work!

Yeah, thats what I originally thought thats why I went mono instead of martha. Then I was told to fan it once a day if not twice, then I was told to mist 4 times a day and fan 6 times. Then I was told too take it for a walk... bah.
All in all I took the best advice I thought was logical and went with it.
I'm going to leave it closed until it matures.. so it doesn't dry out from lack of humidity.
I think by this time tomorrow night I'll know if I have a mono full of aborts or a grow that may be satisfying.

what about c02?
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

Tahoe, your "I don't care" attitude is hard to deal with. Shevanel, you got a good grow going. After your first flush, do another 1/2-3/4inch casing. You need to protect all that surfaced myc'.

Yeah I was thinking of dunking for day then applying a dry verm layer on the surface of mono to catch moisture on the bottom of the cake, I just had a cake contam on second flush because the excess moisture sat below the cake.. I will case as advised.
