and they got 27 counts of manufacturing illegal psychadelics. my friends mom (who is way outside the loop of us even smoking pot) calls us and tells us to clear out our houses because a cop told her the story of this girl getting caught (who i loaned a kit too and taught) and she gave a list of names.

my name was mentioned... not sure why. my house is clean now.
i don't think that they will bother me though. after all, they found the manufacture. but on best notations, i quit smoking pot even. nothing illegal here except for a salvia plant that is becoming illegal soon.

first off, they would have no proof to prove me in the wrong without a reasonable doubt. even the fact that i did say such things, their is no proof of who belongs to this handle. more then one person lives here.
it would be nothing more then their word against mine. they would be able to place a charge, of conspiracy at most, but it more then likely would not stick after all the trial and bullshit. i have been through the court system many times, i am not worried at all.
on the plus side, i would rather have peace of mind then stress over something that hasn't happened, and probably won't happen.

i've taught a few people how to grow, but since i don't do it anymore myself, i'm in the clear if anyone ever continues the knowledge, although i don't think any of them kept growing once i stopped hanging around with them...too reckless and too many people found out what they were up to, plus they were growing plants as well

if yer on any type of "list"... expect an attempted buy from one of the folks that got nailed.. it would be founded by yer local drug task force... and selling would be a good thing for you to avoid at this point.

You can't get in trouble for teaching someone how to grow mushrooms man. thats like teaching someone how to roll a hand made cigarette and them going and rolling a joint, then the cops come bust you for teaching them how to roll anything in the first place.
You taught him how to grow mushrooms, so what. If they had evidence that you taught him how to specifically grow Magic Mushrooms, then I'm not sure they could still bust you with anything. You didn't grow it. It wasn't your house they were in. Even if they could bust you for teaching him how to grow ILLEGAL mushrooms, how could they prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you were teaching him how to grow illegal ones? they can't unless you confess to the knowledge of doing so.
