Nice photos. Neither is active.

The first is a conk, probably in the genus Ganoderma (based on the somewhat polished looking top). To ID to species we need a spore print (where have we heard that before?). Conks in general are not edible.

The others are almost certainly Coprinus micaceus, although we need to verify that there are tiny mica-like particles on the caps. The Coprinus are edible when the gills are completely white, although they aren't anything to write home about.

Happy mushrooming!

I also like this mushroom but I usually stir&fry them. How do you make these Bologna snadwiches? Do you eat micaceus raw?

The first looks more velvety than polished to me. Also the pores of Ganoderma are asually smaller and whiter. Except if these specimens are very old.
