greetings. first post and need some direction. ive got 4 rye spawn bags that ive got colonizing in a mono no heat. two were for the past days looking overly moist. i put 5cc of multispore in each bag.

should i keep a space heater next to the tub to get that moisture down? the hygrometer in the tub is ~75%

Just wait it out....don't add more. These are pre-packaged bags or self made? If pre-packaged then I'd just wait it out. Probably fine. Don't aim a space heater at it. If anything, just have one on in the room.

you have them in an enclosed tub? you want warm and dry, not warm and humid. that is why you prepare the grain with water in the first place, so it can use that water

theyre premade spawn bags in a sterlite tub atm. the tub gets opened up once per day. ill just let em go

well if they are looking sloppy wet keeping them in a closed tub isnt helping
