Depends on why it mutated in the first place, I would imagine. If it was the genetic make-up of the mushroom, then cloning should cause a high rate of repetition. If it was environmental factors (too much CO2, petroleum-based chemicals, etc.) then it shouldn't re-occur unless the environment is the same.
