 aquarium fruiting chamber...need help ..got question.

Im using a 10 gal aquarium as my FC when i bought it i bought some blue bulbs (aquari-lux pg aquarium lights)my question being what lights should i use are these OK to use please give advice thank you.

i'm thinking you will be okay with blue lights. are they incandescent or fluorescent? you may want to get a second opinion on that. personally, I use an 18" fluorescent fixture that sits right on top of the aquarium. How many watts are the bulbs? you don't need high wattage at all, just remember that. good luck.

light is very unimportant when dealing with mushrooms. You dont' need a special lighting setup, indirect sunlight or light from a room fixture works fine.
The most importance light has (besides telling the mushrooms which way to grow) is when it's used as a pinning trigger. When you introduce fresh air, temp drop, is when light is most important. It tells the mycelia to switch from veg growth to fruiting growth. Other then that you don't really need it.

they are incandescent. i guess ill go buy a couple of 25 watt fluorescent bulbs thanks

Why not just buy a rubbermaid bin? Drilling holes in an aquarium is not very easy. What will you use for FAE? I am interested in your set-up as I thought about using an empty tank I had lying around.

i plan on drilling holes in the top of the hood.On my model there is a couple of pop out panels for the pumps and filters ill use those and drill holes i haven't decided if i will cover the holes with some kind of filter or not i guess trial and error will work check out(THE ECONOMY SEMI-AUTOMATED TERRARIUM)
