What's wrong?????

So, I birthed 4 cakes, about 2 weeks ago, and all the pins aborted and new ones arent happening. I have 2 cakes that were fruiting, but unexpectedly stopped. I have the temp set to a steady 80 and I have to handspray, so Im doing that and fanning 4 times daily.
What would cause my cakes to stop fruiting like this?!?!? I got MAYBE a gram dry from one cake before it aborted everything.

tell us step by step what you did from birth did you dunk and roll and drop your temp a bit more to about 75. that seems to be the answer for everything around here when it comes to this problem

From birth, I popped them from the jars onto a tupperware lid, as to keep them off the bottom of the cooler and out of water. I have a hole cut into the top of the cooler for light, with plexiglass and silicone to seal it. I never dunked or cold shocked them, it's my first grow and I didn't know if I'd need to or not. They aren't cased, just pf cakes . I followed the MMGG when preparing them. I don't think the sub. is too wet, it didn't hold it's shape of a ball when I squoze it, and it didn't drip excess water.
Hope that helps, let me know if you guys need more info

Are you spraying the cakes directly? Is there perlite or no perlite? Is there a drip shield in your chamber. You might be suffocating the cakes or not providing enough humidity. I am guessing humidity as you are fanning plenty.

There is a drip shield, so not spraying direct. No perlite. Should I dunk and see if I can get something, or what?? How long will the cakes last with no pinning like this? What if I were to case them? And lastly, If I were to move them to an outdoor spot, would the mycelium survive the last few frosts until spring?

Humidity is your problem. Fanning is a dual purpose procedure. It helps exchange air but also helps water evaporate of the surface of the terrarium. if there is not enough surface area there will not be enough humidity created. May I suggest an aerating stone or even cheaper laying a bed of wet perlite in the terrarium to increase the surface area for evaporation. I have even had success hanging wet perlite filled cheesecloth or nylons along the walls of the terrarium to decrease contaminants from standing water and cleanup.
Outside they can survive through the frost, but will fruit only after it has warmed up a little and conditions are right.

Thanks for all the help! I plan on dunking tonight, moving 2 outside for a small patch and rolling the others. I'll also be setting up some perlite in the bottom.
