My Recent Green Death Curse...

Damn. I've been cursed by Green Death this batch. 4 of my BRF cakes got bad greenish-gray mold, and I thought it was just that terrarium that was infected. Needless to say I threw out everything from that terrarium, cakes, perlite and all.

Now, after the other 7 other cakes' first flush, 5 of those got the Green Death Syndrome too... Damn, that sucks. I can't see any pins on the 2 remaining, but I'm going to assume that eventually they'll be cursed too...

Damn the Contam!!!

How long are you steaming your cakes for in the pressure cooker/pot?

Try to be very clean during the birthing process and a everytime you touch the cakes your hands must be clean 70% iso works great.
