Steam bags
    #8146645 - 03/14/08 04:41 PM (16 years, 10 months ago)

I want to do a 50/50 casing tek with peat/verm soon. I dont want to buy myco bags and I dont want to PC my stuff because thats a hassle. I have these bags for steaming vegetables in the microwave. Could I put my casing mixture in there and microwave it? I know people use tupperwares for this, but I would think that some unwanted stuff would come off of the tupperware and leech into the casing since tupperwares arent really meant for microwave use. What do you guys think? How long should I steam it for?

not that this has anything to do with your question since in some's opinions microwaves are pretty much useless, but some tupperware is microwaveable
