Comes down to your choice really. I think being a photographer would open up alot of amazing opportunities... taking pictures of women(legit status), Nature shots etc etc..

Think about what choice number ten does for a minute and then realize that it probably could be included in any of the previous 9 categories.

Don't you have any preference?
I'm interested in learning more about human nature and the world we live in, so I'm looking into sociology/anthropology. What are you interested in?

It can be used as a PreMed major. As that is what i'm doing. It also covers numerous subjects from Anatomy to Psychology.

Yes, I'll probably end up doing biology but what sub-set of biology I'm not sure yet.

All the UC's I've heard good things about as well but that would mean I'd be stuck here for another two years till I finish up general ed. I want to get out now. I guess I could always go to Humboldt, finish up my general ed, then transfer to a UC(Berkeley, Santa Cruz) though.

You make it sound like you are choosing which beer to drink at a bar. You should major in something you love to do. Something you are passionate about. If you just choose a major you will end up wasting time and money as your career path will most likely not be in the same field as your major.
