condensation in bulk tubs... what to do

im incubating my bulk tubs that are 1 part rye to 3 parts coir and gypsum. Room temp, probably around 68 degrees. There is a lot of condensation build up on inner lids, Im not using foil lids, just the original plastic lids to these 12 qt sweater boxes. I beleive it is getting adequate gas exchange... but what to do about the condensation buildup?
Do I take the lids off and shake? Let it drip back down to substrate? The top is partial colonized on some of them... they are about 8 days in so I suspect all is well. I tried to do them a tad dry so it would colonize fast and aggressive, than I may dunk some of the them prior to first flush, or just manually add water with a spray.... or dunk, or just case with jiffy - not sure quite yet. I squeezed that coir real hard, until no water came out, but it is probably wetter still than I think and may not need a 1st flush dunk...
any advice on the above would be appreciated! Thanks all!

shake that condensation off the lids. when it drips onto your colonized substrate it often forms small pools of standing water which are breeding grounds for contaminants. if you have any pools, tilt your tub and let the water drip out.

Yeah, that condensation is healthy. The tub generates it's own Humidity. It's normal.

cool, thats what I was hoping. I'm just gonna leave it be cause it isn't pooling, just very humid.
I left a layer of coir on top as advised, will my entire top layer be fully colonized in a few more days you think? Do I wait for this full colonization or even days beyond it before casing or fruiting?
Any advice on this or dunking before the first flush would be appreciated.. this is my first bulk spawn run that should work - my last prematurely fruited and never fully colonized, but still produced a few big fruits.
Should I dunk and then case? Or just case? Is a pre flush dunk really only needed if not casing? I guess that casing layer only adds a micro environment, not really any moisture to the substrate... so maybe a precasing dunk under running water would be worth while... any drawbacks or risks with this?
Thanks again.

A dunk before hand would be alright but you shouldnt have lost any water yet. Wait until your first flush. If the substrate looks dry, dunk it. If not, case it.
