Water droplets on mycelium in PF jars

Hey guys this is my first post Ive learned a hell of a lot reading here in the past couple of months and recently started my first grow. I have 12 BRF/verm jars (6 PF classic, 4 Puerto Rican, and 2 Penis Envy) incubating at 81 degrees in two rubbermaids with a 100w fish tank heater. Its been about a week since inoculation and all but two (a Puerto and a PF) show at least some growth and all look to be free so far of contaminates.
The issue I have is that there are good sized, maybe 1/4in diameter water droplets between the mycelium and the glass on six or so of the jars with the most growth. I used about 60ml of water, which apparently is on the high side, when preparing the jars, but I also let them sit for about a week after sterilization to check for contams. When I hold the jars to the light I can see smaller droplets on most of them on the glass.
For now Ive cracked the lid on the ones with large drops, I left the tape off the holes and put on a tyvek filter to begin with and Im hoping the added air exchange will dry them up a bit. Theres no water at the bottom of the jars. I plan on dunking right after birth so I dont think them being too dry will be a problem.
Do I have too much water in my cakes? Do you think the drops will be a problem, and will cracking the lid take care of it? Should I use less water next time? Thanks in advance guys.

the water droplets are normal. thats what happens when myc. begins to grow. tighten the lid back down, keep the tyvek filter on top and you'll be fine. you've got growth and thats more than alot of people can achieve.

well it seems that i'm just like you, new to this site and also working on my first crop which is still cultivating right now using amazonian and cambodian strains.
i started off this adventure with the help of "The Magic Mushroom Growers Guide" so i have the brf/verm substrate in 1/2 pints jars.... but when i found this site, WOW, I'm in heaven. i've been reading all the past threads, new threads, when i have a problem or question i use the "search" cuz it was probably already answered a while ago.
now i have transitioned to the http://www.shroomery.org/8432/From-syringe-to-print-using-rye tek, which is also very detailed.
I'm 14 days into cultivation and the amz strain is cultivating very very well. it just needs to cultivate the bottom of the jars and will be ready to be birthed.
today i checked on them and noticed that mine also have water dropplets on the inside of the jars between the sub and glass, altho i didn't think that i put too much water in the substrate at the time. some of them did get a little water during the sterilizing process, cuz i didn't have a pc yet, but now one's on the way.
i'm not too worried about it and i don't think you should be either, it could just be condensation, altho i'm sure that another, more experienced writter will post back.
i'm not quite sure what you mean by dunking tho???
and by cracking the lid are you taking the lid off for more co2/??? from what i've read you shouldn't do this. the more the myc cultivates the less co2 there will be to consume, so it slows down growing towards the end, but if you open the lid you could allow contams into your jars which would be no fun.

from what i've read, most people are only concerned if there is water collecting in the bottom of the jars. condensation and drops scattered throughout should be ok, just might be slower to colonize the wet areas.

Thanks bllod4blood I guess I was just being paranoid. I've tightened the lids back and they are incubating once again. Jars all look healthy and now only one still shows zilcho signs of growth.
Thanks again
