Minimum temps for pf cakes

Does anyone know what the minimum temp I can keep my cakes at? I currently have them at 63-70. To different FCs. I am curious because it is cold where I am at and it is difficult for me to keep the room at 76. Please let me know if you have any information.

This info could have easily been found with using the Search Function, but anyway...

Cakes, as well as other substrates will grow in pretty low temps, though it'll take them longer to colonize and to fruit.

They won't turn bad or anything; just give them more time to do their job.
