I know its hard to judge from a pic but I'm new at this and don't know.
2 days ago all my wbs jars where at about 20%, I shook theme and they have grown like mad.
I have 3 BRF 1/2 pint out of 12 that had green mold in the modem of the jars, I tossed those out.
I have 7 of the WBS pint and they all look alike.

It's hard to tell at that stage, but you should know for sure in a few days. Normally after shaking, they sit for a day or two without recovering much. If yours recovered from shaking a lot faster than that, it could be mold.

I may have answered my own question.
I shook them up real good and they are very white and thick throughout the jar.
They should be completely colonized soon!
