i dont want to come home constantly to just fan my terranium.. so i was wondering if i just put a fish tank bubbler inside to put o2 inside would that do all the air exchange needed?? and i could poke a hole near the bottom for the c02 to go out or would that drop the RH too much? or should i get another fish tank bubbler and put it inside the terranium to drain the c02 out?

Using a bubbler and perlite is a good combo.

im using perlite right now... i just want to use a bubbler for air exchange really...
