After I harvest my shrooms, should I just eat them fresh, even though I would rather eat them dry. Im a newbie and dont want to risk ruining them trying to dry them you know?

yes eat them fresh. stick em in the fridge until you eat them.
it's easy to dry them just put them under a fan.. i prefer fresh way more than dry though..
not the taste though, the experience.

Like I wouldn't lose any amount of shrooms by eating them fresh right? Like it would be more grams than dry due to the water content but it would technically be the same amount of psilocybin in the dry mushroom just it weighs lighter, do you understand what I'm asking?

yes u eat 35 grams of freshies for a trip a lot like an 8th

drying is very easy, don't not do it just because you're scared you'll ruin them. Just put the mushrooms somewhere, anywhere, on top of a box, in the middle of the kitchen floor, out back in the woods, wherever. Then aim a fan in there general direction. You'll have dry enough shrooms in 2-5 days. If the fan doesn't hit them, they'll still dry out, it'll just take a day or 2 longer.

fresh is more potent than the same amount of material dried. the only reason to dry them is for preservation, if you're not ready to eat whatever fresh quantity you've got before they rot.
put fresh in a blender with acidic juice like OJ if you don't enjoy fresh mushroom taste or texture.

If you dry your mushrooms correctly, there should only be a negligible amount of potency loss. Some people prefer them dry just for the taste difference. Also, fresh mushrooms have much more mass (obviously) and thus they can take longer to eat, which means more time tasting them.
It's really a personal preference, in my opinion.

dry them man .. trust me .. if you want to trip balls air dry them then bag and cool them till use .. when you are ready to eat them grind them as fine as you can get and funnel them into ur maw and drink something while they sit in ur mouth and swallow .. after this drink at least 12oz of a hot beverage like herbal tea .. this makes the painfully nasty experience quicker and also speeds absobtion into the body making it hit harder and faster .. eating fresh doesnt cut it because it stays chunky in your system and has to be broken down slowly as it passes in your bowels .. if you want a real tripping experience the "eating tek" ive described is the way to go ! cheers ..

I would think fresh is more potent, straight off the cake/substrate.
Mushrooms contain two hallucinogenic compounds, psilocybin and psilocin. Psilocin is much less stable than psilocybin and becomes mostly inert through the process of drying and aging if im not mistaken.

enough remains trust me .. what does trying to save all that good stuff matter if it slow crawls through your bowels and releases at its own leisure ? i MAKE it make a believer out of me ... gimme all you got and make it snappy i say ! ... and yes ive regretted doing that a few times hahaha !

I ONLY do dry and I trip balls everytime. Besides, if you grow your own, who cares if you have to add a little more to get to the same place? Which you dont...
