wich is the best time to take cuttings from cacti??? here in mexico they dont stop growing, I wonder when will it be the best time to cut and plant the new cuttings and when is the cactus on its more potent time??'

I'm not sure, but my guess would be during the summer when its growth is most active, this way it would be able to repair its self faster.

I sure wish I could let my cactus grow year round =\
I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to bring this 4 foot cactus inside in the winter. By the time next summer is over I'll have to lean it sideways to fit it through the doors

Cacti go through seasonal dormancy no matter where they live. The best time to take cuttings is soon after they come out of dormancy and are beginning rapid growth. In most places, this means early to mid spring.

it depends if you want the cuttings for 1)planting or 2)cooking: for 1) spring/early summer for 2) late summer
