Why eat rotten shrooms with a lot of worms???

Last Spring, I found a batch of mushrooms growing on the lawn in my backyard--I don't know if they were psychoactive or not-- that were full of maggots! I was trying to identify them, and they were so fragile that the caps broke open, and that's when I saw all the maggots inside.

same sort of shit happened to me, i was picking some mushrooms and looked at the stems, and at first i thought my mind was playing tricks on me, because it looked like the stem fibers were moving around, i looked real close and hard, and i saw little white larvae all over that fucker. dropped it with disgust... yuuck.

Yea, thats the problem with picking them outside like that, sometimes they are full of maggots, your best bet is to either grow your own, or boil them and make tea. That way you dont have to worry about eating worms, and when you boil them it will kill bacteria.
