That's very interesting. Love it. Wish I had the Wisdom Channel, for one. Also wish I had some magic ones to hunt where I'm living.
Maybe I should eat one or two of mine before a MOREL hunt when this spring rolls around!

Again a little mis-information and I should help in the correction of such words.

Early man (food hunter gatherers) did eat mushrooms. After the ice age and the tundreas appeared, small game was scarce and hard.

The food hunter gatherers would follow the large migatory herds of mammels across the plains. How would these hunter gatherers know where to find the meat. Well They obviously followed the manure trails of the larger land mammels in order to make their daily cache.

In the manure were mushrooms. And being food hunter gatherers they most likely ate the shrooms, and most other drugs for that matter.

Remember it was only through trial and error that we eat all of our food and someone had to eat it first. Thiese same people eventually became shamans, wazirs, brujos, sabias, mystics, witch doctors, witches, alchemists and physcians amongst other professions.

Both Terence McKenna and I have formulated this theory for over twenty years and we both wrote about it before you heard this man on the squawk box.

It had nothing to do with hunters visions.

Ehh, I dunno about all of this. Do any of you know people who like to eat shrooms and then go into a forest blasting their shotguns at bunnyrabbits and deers?? I sure dont. Also, its pretty darn hard for me to find and collect shrooms when Im already shrooming because my vision and balance become distorted. .Acid is the most perfect chemical for when Im mushroom hunting but not shrooms. .Of course LSd was not readily available to many of the neanderthals during the iceage.

Geez, it was just a neat little idea to think about. A theory. Something interesting to think about that *could* be true, but may or may not be true.

I melt corrected...

btw, MJ, I'd be glad to spend the time reading your work(s), if you'd be so kind as to give a guy of good intentions the proper direction...
