i think its a bunch of b.s., as far as i know cops can not get a search warrant for your house, based on posts on a message board. Also the fact that you gave out to someone your address, does not neccesarily mean they can raid you. Even if you bought a syringe, were supposed to be wired money... They have to have some kind of hard evidence that your doing something illegal. If they dont it wont hold up in court gaurenteed. If they found your address through this webpage it certainly wont hold up in court.

i am plea bargining out tomorrow-

hopefully i will get off with 5 year sentening and 5 years probation

ill only serve 18 months

Did you lawyer tell you to plea? If you haven't gotten really good legal advice think really hard, even if you have a lawyer, there are a lot of loop holes in your case from what you say. Please give it some thought. I have had two friends that got longer sentences because they plead, even longer then they would have if it would have gone to trial, you might not think so but there are ways. Just please give it some thought, maybe ask different lawyers, another brother in jail kills me. :frown:

I think you are lying now.There is no way in hell that someone will be in any court room on sunday on labor day weekend.Your story is way the hell to fishie.There is no way that you have gone to motions and plea bargined in circuit court in only one month. it is my understanding that the case will begin in district and transfer to circuit.Does your town have a population of 300????To have this happen in about a month.

I disagreed with everyone until now. I'll agree there is no way court procedings would go that fast. No matter where I have went they all go just as slow. Also you are right there is NO WAY that they would have court on a sunday, on memorial day weekend. Atleast if your going to lie, do it well

I've known Lee for quite some time now... I stopped talking to him a while back, when I almost got busted (damn 'friends'), but I dont think he would be the one to lie... Maybe he is really just distraught about the whole thing, or maybe he was high at the time. Give him a break until we actually hear from him again.

court was tuesday (the day after labor day)

i got off with 5 years probation

and yes you can plea bargin if you dont have a case to fight against

why would i lie?

dude i got busted-ill scan the news paper headings tonite and try to load them,but my computer is in the pawn shop-ill have to use the libraries (LOL)

get a life guys-what would i gain from lying?

i didnt scam the raffle-dimitri did-

i DID get busted though and it blows-now i have to take piss tests once a week for 5 years and pay HUGE fines,lost custody of my little girl etc.

i DONT have to PROVE shit anything to any of you guys

Are you sure they are going to make you come in every week, or will they give you unsupervised probation after a while?

When I got popped with simple possession, they eventually cut me back to coming in once a month, then calling in once a month.
