Colonization only working for one strain

This is my first time.
i followed the PF tek to the tee, I watched the youtube videos "Lets Grow Mushrooms!" 1-4. I mixed up 8cups Verm. 3cups Br. Rice Flour, and 3cups Water. filled 12 brand new 1/2pint jars and covered with 1/2 inch of dry verm. boiled them in a pot for 90 minutes, waited overnight for them to cool down. then i inoculated 4 jars with B+, 4 jars with Ecuador, and 4 jars with Golden Teacher. I keep them in a closet with indirect light (not sunlight). i keep a space heater in the room so the temp stays around a constant 78-80 degrees. it has been 11 days since the inoculation and the only strain that has produced mycelium is the Ecuador strain! the Ecuador began to colonize after about 5 days and is about 50% complete now, and the other 8 jars (4 are Golden Teacher and 4 are B+) have not even begun to colonize. I got the spore syringes from spores101.com so i know they are good.
Any suggestions.. should I Boil the jars and start over.. should I wait it out.. Why would only one strain colonize?? Did I mess up a step?? Please help... thanks!

i'd say knock the rest of 'em up with eq and see what happens.. if it colonizes then call spores101 and ask for a replacement syringe.
and use sporeworks, dark spores, ralphster's or one of our other sponsors next time

My first time I did the same but only using B+.
It took 15 days for first signs of any mycelium.
If you do some research you'll notice that B+ sometimes has reputation for slow mycelium growth.
I would give them few more days.

Since spores101 isn't a sponsor of this site, you won't get great backup from many of users.
My personal experience with spores101 is the following:
I traded spores with someone from a mushroom internet forum and he couldn't find the prints we were trading for. Gentleman he was, he ordered a spore print of Z-Strain from spores101 and let it be sent directly to me. As it came out, this print is one of two (the other one was made from a total amateur in very unsterile surroundings) that was contaminated and surprised me with some nice black mold every time I've tried it. I also hear similar stories from other members of this board. They ain't a sponsor for a reason!
So in my opinion spores101 sucks ass and should be avoided!
Try to get a replacement from them and order from a shroomery sponsor the next time!

anyone know anything about micro-supply.com (microtech, inc) ? i'm pretty sure the cambodian syringe i got from them is bunk.
edit: i thought spores101 was a sponsor? theres a bunch of posts about them in the sponsors subforum and you can get their link off the main site?

i read that they were given a list of problems to fix, then they can reapply for sponsorship at a later time.
i saw discussion on other sites hinting that they may not pick the sponsorship back up anyway because their business base is large enough to move by word of mouth or through old text like on here.
cut and run....shows a person how loyal they are

Thanks to everyone who responded...
obviously i am a noob, i didnt even know spores101 wasn't a sponsor, and its a good thing because after a few days of waiting after I first posted, I grew impatient and boiled all 8 jars that had not begun to colonize and re-started the process, I broke one of the jars on accident so since I had 7 i decided to keep one as a control and inoculated it with Ecuador, and the 3 of B+ again and 3 of Golden Teacher... that was on wed. the 5th... its now the 10th and the single Ecuador is the only strain to begin colonizing, I realize it has only been a few days, but the conditions are perfect at low 80's and with light only hiting them once every 8 hrs or so. My conclusion is that Spores 101 sent me some bad syringes and should refund them, but just to make sure i dont make a fool outta myself I think ill just wait another week.

My experience with spores101 was pretty much the same, the spores seemed to be barely viable and wouldn't germinate for atleast 7 days.
I have since tried Sporeworks and found an unusually high germination time of 60-72 hours with a couple of 1-2 year old syringes in their stock.
I bought one spores101 syringe for roughly $18, and I got two Sporeworks syringes for roughly the same price (using their $9.95 Cubensis deal).

Yeah, I just checked on the newly inoculated jars and the ecuador is going along faster than expected while the 3 B+ and the 3 GT jars still havent even showed the slightest sign of germination....
SPORES101 SUCKS ASS!!
