I believe i saw this in RR's online video.
Is this possible to get a spore syringe of oysters and grow it PF tek style (BRF/verm) into a perlite humidification chamber?

yes...you wont get a huge harvest but they will fruit off cakes.
youre going to have fae problems keeping them in terrariums. they need alot more fae than cubensis.

Yep, it works. You buy a liquid culture syringe instead of a spore syringe, but other than that it's pretty much the same.
As greys mentions, they will grow .. in a way not productive for food if you don't take in mind their extra need for oxygen. The lower the supply of fresh air, the more elongated the stems become. The stems are chewy, you want the caps to eat. Providing lots of FAE such as outside or with the terrarium lid off will help produce those beautiful fat caps

Cold temperatures also help. In warm weather, oysters tend to have very thin caps. Truthfully, oysters or other edibles on pf cakes are more of a science fair project to learn the life cycle of the fungus, rather than a way to get food. RR

Roger,
What edibles do you suggest I can try out with basic cube supplies? (PC/BRF/poo/coir ect...)

cokaznrebel,
The hurdle here is the BRF cake. Since you have a pressure cooker, you can do pretty much whatever you want.
The easiest mushrooms to grow (according to most) are oyster mushrooms. They just love to eat & make babies, which helps us identify with them . Since you have a pressure cooker, you can start by making grain spawn. You can use any grain you have had success with in the past. Then you can spawn to sawdust (usually had for free, but use hardwoods), straw or tons of strange things like coffee grounds, recycled paper kitty litter, toilet paper and pretty much anything else you think reasonable. They even like used car oil.

You can also use pf cakes to spawn oyster mycelium into straw, coir, sawdust or newspapers. RR

yeah man, I don't think you'd be satisfied eating all the oysters off of 2 dozen cakes >.<

Where is a reliable source to recieve some oyster materials?
Do you suggest working with spawn or should I start with a Spore Syringe and work off agar?

I'd like to link a non sponsor vendor which has been linked countless times by mods.
Usually oyster comes via culture AFAIK.
Sporeworks has oyster culture syringes.

You can buy premaid spawn or liquid mycelium (or cultures on agar, dowels etc etc), the spawn is good if you want to just spawn to wood, grow those out and be done. Because most spawn is made with grain to grain transfer methods, the mycelium doesn't share the vigor a culture bought from them would exhibit. The mycelium syringe probably won't also, but it will be better than spawn for making lots of new grain spawn yourself
