The Gorean subculture, and whether their philosophies on the inherent inequality of man and woman hold any merit.

It takes a lot of studying up for the topic but trust me, you'll blow them away.

Brief synopsis: Gorean lifestylers believe the role of the woman is to be man's slave in every sense of the word. Surprisingly, women wanting to live in this way (as total slaves to their men who own them) make up the majority of this subculture. Some Gorean lifestylers believe that if they ever should become a majority, the world should be styled after the scifi novels the Gorean lifestyle comes from, with women by default the property, personal and public, of men under Gorean law.

Theres so much more than that, websearch away and make sure to discriminate between Gorean lifestylers (who are serious) and Gorean roleplayers (who are not) :smile:

I think one of my friends would love to be a Gorean woman. She has a boyfriend, who she isn't allowed to call by name, she can only refer to him as "master". He hypnotizes her to be his sex slave and she has to ask him for permission to do everything. Even to go pee or to have a glass of water.

What's controversial about Gorean though? It seems to be a lifestyle choice, and the women who are involved want to be treated that way. It doesn't look like it's going to take over the entire world anytime soon.
