You will need at least 12 inches of a four inch thick San Pedro 
and ur going to want to eat it real bad but jus calm down
smoke a few bowls
mess around with the cactus and get to know it a little better
then slice that sucka up
then slice it some moe
will it blend?
ya it does, then pour that sludge in a phatty pot
put it on the stove on medium flame for 4-5 hours
strain it through a shirt
then reuse the spent cactus for another brew and be sure to use lots of pots
then pour it in a glass and enjoi!

i think 12 inches is the standard dose, but most experinced trippers would prefer more then a foot.

if you want to stop nausea eat 1-3 Datura Stramonium seeds..there have been tests done over at the dmt-nexus showing that this can stop nausea.

I had no nausea at all. I had about 2 cups worth, not sure on the dose since it was givin to me. But i was told it was a decent dose and was good on the potency. This was part of my psychedelic weekend, along with mescaline i also consumed LSD, DMT, Mushrooms, Syrian Rue, and Oral DMT. I thought i would run into some stomach discomfort at one point but it was smooth sailing the whole time.
I really enjoyed the mescaline though. I love how euphoric it is, relatively easy soft experience, and the long duration of the trip. But once i started to mix things up with various psychedelics everything meshed together into one long strange trip.

You strain it to take out the cactus flesh and any other junk that's in there by that step.
You don't need to add any water - in fact, people generally reduce it I believe, since it tastes so nasty.

It is in the tea.. and yes it sounds like you’ve been doing it backwards haha
This is a very old thread, there is so much information on this site and elsewhere on the internet about how to properly prepare tea.. it’s very simple..
Chop and blend cactus material - simmer with the lid on in equal part of water and maybe some lemon juice for at least a few hours (watch closely during this step) - strain out the cactus material and discard - return the liquid to the pot and simmer until it is reduced to an amount of liquid you think will be okay for consuming.
Keep in mind the more you reduce the liquid, the thicker and slimier the end product will be, potentially making it worse to drink than a larger amount of lower viscosity liquid.
Then prepare to have your mind blown.
