 12 grams dried Amanitas Muscaria

A very small dosage taken twice had previously resulted in me feeling very relaxed and restful, a bit happy.
I decided to up the dosage, and ate about 12 grams last night. Im ~220 pounds, so I think it was still a somewhat small dose.
Ingested at 6:40pm. Decided to lay down a short while after, but I guess that restfullness kicked in and I fell asleep.
I woke at about 9, feeling uneffected. I then realized I heard what sounded like high pitched machines, like something was running outside, but it was just me. I stodd up to walk around and then I could tell the amanitas were certainly affecting me.
Upon walking out of my bedroom and into my hall I heard little voices repeatedly saying "hes green!" as I felt like I was falling in every direction yet floating. My balance was fine, it was just this odd sensation of always falling in multiple directions at once. For the same few minutes I heard the machinery and little guys calling me green (again, wtf) I also got a mild visual of some small object falling or flying away from me, repetitiously and too fast for me to note any details about it.
I went downstairs, and it occurred to me my body movement was quick and jerky. As if my idea to move occured then my body was delayed and caught up with me. I couldnt really stop that.
Time felt odd, just a bit off. Not like a trip on Salvia where a few minutes can feel like an hour or forever. - just slightly odd.
Sound seemed to make my eyesight and perception sharper but I never did get that perception of seeing sounds, hearing colors, etc.
A couple hours later and I went back to sleep.
I rested very well. No hangover effects from what I could tell.
I can imagine a higher dose being quite interesting. I got enough of the mushrooms to take it slowly, so Ill do just that.
For the most part, it felt like a very different, more interesting form of drunk.

The highest dose of amanitas I've taken was 30 grams dry. I left my body and entered a golden dimension with a golden sphere hovering in the air. When I started to come back to reality I watched as my arms and body slowly grew back into my field of vision. While in the golden dimension I was sure that I had died and entered something like purgatory. Thirty grams is a really heavy dose for me because I only weigh 140 lbs.

I heard mixed reports of this mushroom, but I'm a believer now.
I'm going to go with maybe 20-25 grams next time if I have a few hours.

Thanks for sharing Joe! Not to derail your thread but I did have a question about amanitas... Do they taste any different than cubes (dried to dried)? And do you know about fresh vs fresh taste? Thanks

Amanitas taste a lot like cubes. They have that distinct mushroomy taste. They also make you wanna puke so it's really difficult to eat a high dose. You should never eat fresh amanitas! One mushroom can kill you if they are not dried properly. They have to be sun dried or dried at 70 degrees Celsius to convert the deadly toxin ibotenic acid into muscimol, which is the psychedelic chemical.

If you have amanitas growing in your area, just cook them into some spaghetti sauce, the amanita flavor actually goes really well in it. Makes eating them much more pleasant.
Probably doesn't work so well for the dry ones, but it's something to keep in mind next winter when they come back in season.

They taste a bit like mushrooms that had been soaked in chicken broth then dried.

They've definitely got a meaty flavor to them. I thought it was a little more like beef broth, but same idea.

as i have said tons of times im 175-190lbs and 1-2 caps can do what you spoke of. and they can even be small caps not just the 9gram caps. having total wieghts of under 9g can send me. but i also bless and properly prepare it. as i said picked ones from your area tend to work best
