Hum!,

Its possible that you found a formosa variation of Amanita muscaria. They are yellow-orange instead of Cardinal Red.

However, I advise do not eat any shrooms unless you have had them identified by a mycology student or expert in this field.

Do not eat anything you find.

And Amanita mushrooms contain muscimol and ibotenic acid.. Not psilocybine or psilocine.

AcidicAngel: Mjshroomer is Very knowledgable when it comes to i.d.ing shrooms. Most of the time he can tell you exactly what they are as long as you provide a "Detailed" description along with(and more importantly) a color photograph.
As far as whatever mushroom it is you picked with a orange and white cap(there is probably a thousand that fit that desciption)... I wouldnt eat those things if my life depended on it. Your chances of being poisoned or sick from them are probably very high.
Have them identified by a professional if you really need to know that bad...Or you can just send them to "MindBlown", he'll assist you in the identification and test it out for hallucinagenic compounds. (hes got a real sweet-tooth for the orange and white lookin' ones!)

I got it.I went to the science center around my area and they said it was an Amanita var. Formosa.So what's the deal with this shroom?Quit downing MindBlown.
