Really scurry experience.
    #8071058 - 02/26/08 12:50 AM (15 years, 10 months ago)

So I downloaded I-Doser and the "drug" files from a torrent... No way I was going to shell out $3-5 for the files from the website.

Anyway, I was kinda nervous at first, so I did like some "doses" that were only labeled as "moderate" and NOTHING happened. So I was like "fuck it, I'll do the 'VERY VERY STRONG' doses" ... again NOTHING. I've been doing this for a few nights, I read it could take a few times for your brain to get used to entraining the sounds and whatnot.

The only dose that seemed to somewhat work from the beginning was 'lucid dream'... it's supposed to make you fall asleep and help your dreams be more vivid, so you can remember them better, which is the first step to lucid dreaming. It didn't make me lucid dream, but it did knock me the eff out... which made me really happy b/c it's hard for me to fall asleep sometimes... and I'm extremely sensitive to sleep aids, they tend to make me feel like a zombie for 2 days.

So last night after a fruitless attempt at the "peyote" and "orgasm" doses (actually I gave up halfway through the orgasm dose. it was 50 minutes long! I was like "Ok, why am I listening to funky noises for an hour when I can watch youporn for 15 minutes?") I turned on Lucid dream and fell asleep.

well, this time, it worked. I had the most vivid dream of my life. Unfortunately, it was the saddest, scariest dream I ever had. It started off, I got a phone call from my sister and she was franticly telling me our dad had died... but the morgue needed someone to ID the body, but our mom was too upset to do it and wanted me to. So the next thing I know I was at the morgue and looked through a little window, and they pulled back the sheet and it was my dad. The most awful feeling went through my body and I was laying in the floor... next thing I know I'm at my parents house, picking out the clothes to bury him in, then I'm back at the morgue giving them the clothes then me and my sister watch as they pull on the suit jacket. It was so real. Then the next thing I know I'm walking down the aisle in the church at the wake, and I fell to the floor crying... it was like being suffocated in sadness. then I woke up sobbing... and I honestly thought I had blanked out the whole funeral and I was back at home afterwards... until I looked down and saw my laptop and my headphones by my bed and realized it was a dream. I was in so much pain... when I realized it was a dream I was relieved, but I was also like "I'm going to have go through this again, for real, at some point in my life". I'm not looking forward to it. It was the worst heartbreak I've ever felt.

i was told by some one a lil advice about dreams.

they said that when you have a bad dream, leave it in the dream world and forget about it as soon as possible. no matter how real it feels. the more real it feels the more important it is to leave it is to forget about it.

and when you have a good dream tell every one about it in detail, even go as far as writing it down word for word.

i had always done so, yet once i gave up the advice as bull shit. well i often wonder if i should of kept following the advice. the reason for that is cause i had a bad dream told people and it came to reality, twice. dreams are not to be played with or are they a joking matter.

it also worries me reading about these techniques that your talking about. i was also warned about them. i was told not to use them and stay away from them long before they came out.

Wild! I do hate dreams like that, though. I remember when I was a kid, I had a dream that my best friend killed himself. I couldn't look at him without feeling this profound sadness for days after.

ta-da

don't expect too much.

use some good headphones... like the ones that totally cover your ear, kinda like the noise canceling ones... you have to play the files through the I-Doser program... sometimes they won't play on the version here, so you have to download the real version from i-doser.com, and sometimes they won't play on that version so you have to use the one in this link. Nitrous won't play on either.

the i-doser forum says to take the doses while laying down in a dark, silent room with all your pets out and your phone off. Everyone is always like "I feel so relaxed, LOLZzzzz OMG like I-doser works!!!1111!!" ... if you laid down for 30 minutes in a dark, silent room without these things playing you'd feel relaxed.

dreaming is a gift, you can shape your dreams, within your
dreams there are treasures, things that need to come back
with you, things that can benefit you in life, when you stop
fearing the dreams you'll see the possibilities it has to offer
