Closet question

And no this isnt a gay joke. If I have a small closet that closes with wooden slatted doors. If i kept this closed even with a ocilating fan going, would that be enough air circulation to get through to the holes I have drilled in my FC for gas exhanchange and small FAE outside of fanning?

It'll dry your cakes and perlite out and lower your humidity a lot. I had a rather large oscillating fan in my walk in closet and every time I fanned my FC I noticed that the humidity was much lower. Depends on fan size and closet size. Experiment.

its like 12 deep by like 48 long and id be using casings. Im not saying have the fan inside, but rather outside of the closet with the closet doors shut.

Hmmm. Don't know. Test it and if you stick your hand in your FC and aren't going "Damn it's humid in there" it's too much. Move it back.

I was actually worried that it might be too little. I dont have gauges either so thats why I ask if anyone has experience with this.

Like I said. I had a decent fan (about 1.5 feet in diameter) pointed straight up drying out some mushrooms in a closet about 3 feet away from my FC and it was drying out the cakes enough to bruise the fruits.
