implee now i understand why indias say mountains where gods, they are everything in mushrooms hunting enviroment, atract humidity, temperature drop, wind blow, cloud and fog hit there , well if are not god what are they .. jaja
randomhero only the arboreal snake is poisonus and may not kill you because is not neurotoxic but can destroy your cells and give you a bad time , but teeth are not as other poisonus snakes are very little and diferent , so changes are you can get with out the poison inside you if it bite you , i handle one smake for the first time in mi life it was a boa constrictor i was too busy making a video that i not take pictures maybe i can upload the video latter
all the best

we have a few mountains in Texas, but on this side of the state, it's flat.
I love the pics of the snakes though.

Yeah I've never been to far west Texas really. Palloduro canyon isn't too far (it's in oklahoma though right?), and that'd be a cool place to explore. Dallas also has a nature reserve just south of the city, and that's oddly hilly for our area. I've been meaning to go down there sometime.

we have mixed forests here... lots of pine and oaks mostly.
I love hiking around some of our wooded areas here and finding all kinds of stuff, but I really haven't planned a hike and brought my camera and everything... I just spend a half hour or so looking at fallen logs for Gyms.

mixed forest sound like new species i wonder why is not psilocybe mexicana there and i bet new species are waiting for you all there , is all in the focus or concentration , once people stop concentrating to much in dung lovers you will find the others, why are the average milimiter of rain of those areas sometimes wood psilocybe here require more than 1000mm of rain in the year, but texas ,florida and other places as georgia and missisipi share a lot with mexico and the atlantic side from sc to florida ,
all my best vibrations , i bet nicaragua will show it beuty ones of this days..............

Yeah man i always wondered why texas didnt get other Psilocybe species like Mexico... There are points where the storms come in like crazy and its like 100% humidity outside for a couple weeks.
A lot of people hunt in the woods Cactu we arent just poop lovers here its been pretty dry and pretty cold in Houston so i dont really feel like going out there right now.
