Experience is the best teacher. So I ask experienced people alots of questions LIKE would my somewhat hefty cool mister be suffice. Chamber literally will be 4ft long 3 ft wide not sure how tall maybe just 2 ft. ONce again useing straw as bulk(though im learning about straw/dung). Of course some holes on the bottom to facilitate FAE

If the straw will be in trays, use perlite humidification.
That's too small for a humidifier and you'll either dry out or flood it. Drill holes on all six sides if you do that. If you're going to put the straw directly in the tub, don't drill holes in the bottom or it will stimulate pinning on the underside of the substrate. RR

As long as the holes in your chamber are polyfilled you wont have any major issues with it drying out. Its best that you find a way to have your coolmist come on for no more than a minute and you wont have to worry about getting too much or too little humidity, which varies depending on the RH of your room. Your monotub will already get sufficient gas exhange from the polyfill so dont feel obligated to use the coolmist if it gives you problems.

even if I leave the fan on its lowest setting? It has 3 and at the lowest setting you can barely hear the fan while at high speed its the opposite.

You mean all the time? From my experience what happens when you leave a coolmist on, or have it on moreoften than i suggested is that it will dry out your casing causing you to mist it frequently and then contam's will rape your grow.
Even if you have 100% humid air outputting to your chamber it will still dry it out as 100% wont add moisture, it will only dry it slower than say 90% RH.
Now this also depends on whats coming out of your coolmist. If you have it setup so that only air is coming out then it will dry it out, but if it sputters out vapor then you will end up soaking your casing and causing contamination.
FYI coolmists are a tricky bitch to use and are unncessary with a monotub. It all depends on how you like to reach equilibrum: fan it and mist it constantly or leave it the fuck alone.
