question involving removing cakes from jars

I got a bunch of jars (all of my jars are the same unfortunatley) that are straight up cylindrical in shape.
Some of my cakes are 1week after full colonization and won't come out no matter how much I try ot shake them out.
As a test I used a coat hanger slipped on the side of the cake and twisted to try to pull them out by force but all that did was break them. I could do this and just birth the individual pieces and get more yield but it's so much more work.
What do I do without breaking the jars?

break them up and case them..
break your cakes up.. dunk them in a tub..
while they are dunking, go get some jiffy mix from walmart
measure out as much as you will need, run some water over it and get it saturated and microwave it three times in two to three minute intervals..
allow it to cool to room temperature, pull your crumbled cakes out of the fridge, drain off as much of the water as possible, put them in a tray and casing mix over them..
usually put 1/4 as much casing mix as there is substrate.
next time, get tapered jars..

never use a microwave in mycology it is a 50/50 chance(not good odds).put the casing mix in a quart jar and pasteurize.

that's all I could find sometimes they come out :/
I'm just going to do tubs after these are done, fuck cakes :E
could I spawn to coir and case with 50%coir 50%verm? or would that cause overlay?
I don't think my local walmarts carry jiffy mix I think I saw some jiffy pellets at homedepot before but it's winter so the garden sections suck. I can get coir from a hydroponics place though, I don't know where I'd get peatmoss either :/

that would be even better.
there other substitutes for jiffy mix like miracle grow moisture control and perfect mix..
check out walmart, lowes, home depot, etc..
