Its my favorite way to keep an isolated strain going. its so easy, For bulk.. put one fully colonized jar into a myco bag with 3-6 qrts prepared wbs, its works very well for me and take not much longer then a single quart jar.
-------------------- Back the tape up. I need it again! Let it roll! Just as high as the fucker can go! And when it comes to that fantastic note where the rabbit bites its own head off, I want you to THROW THAT FUCKING RADIO INTO THE TUB WITH ME! Not me. It would blast you through the wall stone dead in ten seconds and they'd make me explain VVVVV Free Myco Thread

G2G IS the way to go to propagate huge amounts of spawn, I can get a liter jar fully colonized in six days (depending on how much I use in the jar)
and it's alot safer to use then liquid cultures
take care.

g2g is the way to go if you have the means, Promblem is, most of these noobes do not have the means and this will also lead to a massive failure. Good job b4b, remember a few months back when I told you to keep your chin up
