Q about Liquid Growth Medium Tek

To any one who has read The Walrus liquid growth medium tek. I have a question regarding his statement, "You can then inject this into your substrate and it will start growing immediately." What does he mean? For example, if one is using a quart jar tek with brown rice is one to inject the medium into the quart jars and resume regular procedures or can one directly inject the medium onto coir and place it in fruiting chamber and proceed from there?

What is implied in the tek is that you can use the liwuid culture as innoculant and colonisation will begin imediately.
With a multispore innoculation you have to wait while the spores germinate and a colony of mycelia is established, with a liquid mycelium tek the mycelia are already established in the innoculant so they can begin colonizing the substrate imediately upon inrtoduction.
In sumary, you would use the liquid culture to innoculate your quart jar.
