RH and casings

Ideally, the consensus for casings is have a RH of 88-91% humidity. What are the cons to having a RH closer to 100%. Induce contams?
The reason I ask is I set up my fruiting chamber for my tray of spawned coffee/coir. As I waited for my casing material to cool, I put the finishing touches on my FC. I put 2 inch and a half holes to each side to aid in FAE and added about a 1/4 inch of perlite. My hydrometer is reading about 95%.
Any advice?

I run 100% and plenty of fresh air and have only good results.

For at least the last several hundred times this exact question has come up, I've recommended 100% humidity or as close as you can get, regardless of whether the substrate is cased or uncased. This(lower humidity if cased) is another of the mistakes/outdated information in TMC that refuses to die. RR

Not to beat a dead horse...but since we are on the subject...again...I cannot get it through my brain how evaporation can occur if the rH is 100%...in relation to evap being a pinning trigger...and how one keeps rH at 100% and does not get overlay before pins happen?..especially with non cased substrate...like my favorite naked poo blocks.

It's hard to get total saturation humidity with lots of air exchange. At 99% humidity with five to six air exchanges per hour as recommended, a casing layer will dry out daily and this moisture needs to be replaced by misting. RR

Sorry to be the one beating a dead horse but my last grow was 2 yrs ago with cakes. I just cased the sub. I'll wait a couple days, patch, then put it in the FC. I'll just make sure to fan often.
