Hi im pretty new to growing pot and have never done it before... So i have some lowrider seeds and was wandering if its possible to try this: Have 2 taller rubbermaids. Put one inside the other. Aquarium heater in bottom(to control heat, because i wont to grow in an attic space). Then inside the tub some soil and a small light at the top. Vents could be cotton in the sides(like a monotub) What is there to change?? How bad would it stink my attic up??

No it won't work. Even with vents humidity is gonna be way to high cause if it's a tub in tub with the stuff in the top tub the only way for it to drain when you water is with evaporation. If your gonna enclose the root zone it has to be a hydroponic set up.

as toi curing, look up water curing, its just as (if not more) effective at removing the things you dont want, while keeping the potency
it doesnt smell at all and it only takes a week

Im thinking if I want to monitor the heat i could put a heat bomb in the grow tub.(heat bomb>aquarium heater inside 2 liter bottle)
