Driving on opposite side of road in another country

I'm going to Trinidad & Tobago over spring break and I'm thinking about renting a car... The only thing is they drive on the opposite side of the road because they were a British colony. Anyone ever done this?
Seems like it would be difficult as hell. Last thing I need is to get in a wreck on spring break in a foreign country.

You shouldn't worry so much. Just pay attention and you should be fine.

Yeah, when I went to live in Australia I got my drivers license there. Driving on the wrong side of the road was complicated by sitting on the wrong side of the car...and I had a stickshift there as well. Shifting with my left hand was really weird! But as others have said you just have to be really careful and attentive, especially when making a turn at an intersection. Its easy to turn down the wrong side of the street. Remember, right hand turns will cross oncoming traffic, not left hand ones!
It becomes natural fairly quickly, but since you are just vacationing you won't have time for that. Being very meticulous and driving like you are a paranoid teenager who is doing it for the first time should keep you safe.
