When to start worrying about bags not colonizing?

So sorry to make another stupid thread like this! I was just wondering when I should start worrying about a 5lb manure bag not colonizing? I know this has been asked, and I'm not worried yet, I just can't seem to find a solid answer on when I should start worrying?
It's been 12 days at this point with nothing visible that I can see. I am using 2 5lb manure bags that I injected with 7 CCs of spore solution (pf classic and B+). Temperature in the bucket the bags are in is 78-80 F and it's remained in this range the entire time. I think I may have been stupid and checked on them a bit too often, I hope that wouldn't have possibly slowed things down? They are filter patch bags, for what its worth.
Anyway, humidity inside is pretty high too since the container is closed (not air tight). Like 70-80% RH I think, and I always see water droplets covering all sides of the bag.
Anyway, I was just wondering when I should start worrying? I know I have read of some people's bags taking MONTHS to colonize, but I was hoping this was under unideal conditions and that it wouldn't happen to me.

I always read people saying wait at least three weeks, but I am doing PF Tek and its only been 36 hours and I am already nervous. :0 All I can say is good luck and its obviously going to take longer than we'd like since both of us are using spores.
I dont think checking on them will hurt anything and I'm not sure how big a factor RH is during incubation.

Patience is the number one virtue of mycology.
P.S. 7 cc's of solution in 5lbs of manure is going to take a bit. stop fiddling with them.

Aye, I'm trying to be as patient. I did a search and found a bunch of threads about people who inocc'd spawn bags then were worried nothing was happening two days later, heh.
Since this is my first grow LC wasn't an option, but I will hopefully be doing LC from here on out if this goes successfully.
Thanks for the replies and putting my mind at ease . Sorry again for posting such a silly, redundant thread.

I'd say find another hobby to occupy your mind, like building your own magnetic stirrer, flowhood, glovebox, etc...
