Just fyi, plural is genera.

>What's a good resource for iding those types of fungi?

THE INTERNET!!

I got my first field guide less than a year ago.  The internet is a really awesome resource if you use it to its full potential.

Check out the links in the forum rules, i use some of those sites daily.

Nopers.

But I do like your persistence.

Truthfully, that one took me a little while to ID.  So it's not THAT easy, but it was a lot easier than the Melanoleuca.

Panther aminata?

I feel like a total tard in here with you guys.first time I ID'd an oyster from the wild and decided I could eat it I read (after dinner) that there was a mildly poisonous mushroom that sorta looked like it (I damn near puked!).I still can't tell agarius apart...damn confusing lot I say.
I'm learning slowly...

Didn't we decide that it could be one of numerous green Hygrocybe??

The ones I'm used to are H. psittacina, but these are different.

Oooookay.  Then it's not one of the "easy" Amanita species.  It's one of those other brown Amanita that always get labeled A. pantherina:bored:

A. franchetii?

Amanita franchetii (=A. aspera)

So, they are the same, though A. aspera is an out dated synonym.
