shroom trip help

hi people,
so i got back into tripping alst year but had alot on my plate, but now the biggest thing is off my chest.
any way, placed and order with a europeon site ( im from UK) for 60 grams of mexican cubensis, got them today, and recived 10 grams dried!! yay extra 4 grams 
any i want to trip on my own tonight see what they are like, i took a multi vitimin earlier this morning to get my body what it needs etc.
anyway long story shrt, ive had some anxiety come up past few times i tripped and wondered if there is anything house hold i can use/take to possibly stop this, i dont have weed, but i do have SPICE GOLD, reakon this will be ok with shrooms?
also no vallie or benzos, just some b vitimin complex and multivitimins atm
-------------------- my theory: why do we have tolerance? because mother nature created us and shrooms, and she decides when we can see into other realms! and by the sounds of it that one every 2 weeks!

Not really anything to stop the anxiety, as the anxiety is coming from your mind. The best advice I can give you is to distract your mind from whatever is bothering you. If the come up is getting to you, play some music during the come up. Just try and ignore the sensation that is bothering you.
I know that is extremely hard when you're tripping, but thought diversion is a great tool for conquering anxiety tripping or sober. The other thing you can do is practice some breathing and visualization exercises. Breathe in through your nose deeply and say "peace", breathe out through your mouth and say "relax". This tends to work quite effectively.
Visualization exercises include closing your eyes during breathing exercises and imagining you're on a beach or with your favorite person. Try this short exercise:
Close your eyes and imagine you're at an old house. You can see the beautiful bricks on the house and the front door. You walk up to the front door and see the intricate wood work pattern. The door is open. You go inside and notice a long corridor. At the end of the corridor you see a door opening into a beautiful garden.
You walk down the corridor and outside into the garden. The garden is filled with flowers. Flowers now surround you and you can smell their sweet smell. You see many beautiful colors and shapes. This garden is very safe for you. Nothing can harm you in this garden. As you sit on a bench in the garden you can feel the warmth of the sun brushing against your face, hands, and neck.
You look up in the sky and see a wisp of clouds. The clouds are growing nearer. You begin to think of all your fears, all those sensations that cause you worry or panic. They begin to leave your body and enter the cloud. All those sensations and irrational fears are leaving your body and entering the cloud. As they enter the cloud, the cloud becomes darker and darker. The cloud becomes almost black now.
As you look at the cloud becoming darker and darker, you begin to notice rays of sunshine blasting through that cloud. The cloud begins to disappear through the rays of sunshine. All those fears, all that panic and irrational thoughts are being burned up in that cloud. The rays of sunshine have now destroyed that cloud. You're left with nothing else except bliss. There is no fear, no panic, and you feel nothing but pure joy. All your fears have gone. There is only the journey ahead. ****************************************************
This is a great visualization exercise to try with closed eyes. I highly recommend you try this. In fact, read it aloud and practice it or just play it back for yourself during the trip. I hope this helps.

I would suggest not tripping for a good while. I had the same problem. I ignored what the mushrooms were trying to tell me the first time I had a bad trip and kept having them until I started taking the time to change the things in my life I knew I needed to. I went to school, started exercising, started accepting responsibility for my actions... The next time I tripped was amazing. It was basically a confirmation that I was on the right track. I did get a playful nudge telling me that I may have tripped a little too soon, but I feel I'm in good standing with whatever is out there. I think I'm going to wait awhile more before I trip again. Just listen to yourself. If you really feel like you need to trip again, then go ahead. If it isn't you'll find out... Good luck though.

ive sorted out quite a few problems since my last trip, my last trip it self was fine it was the ones before that
