Bucket project questions (n00bish in nature)

So I've found this thread and the whole bucketek looks like a brilliant idea.
I just need some pointers on the fundamentals. I've been searching the cultivation forums for a while but all the information is all over the place, I used to have a video but it'd only describe one tek.
So instead I'll see how much I can rely on the help of strangers in assisting me on this endeavour. I've got some idea on what to do just need some help filling in the blanks.
Checklist: Pressure Cooker Jars Bird Seed Coco Coir Vermiculite Used Coffee Composted Horse Poo poo loving mushroom culture Buckets Micropore Tape Showercaps Oven Bags Food Thermometre
Method: Mix Vermiculite, Bird Seed, Coco Coir and Coffee grinds - I don't know about what sort of ratios, or if maybe the coir/coffee would be better mixed with the poo as a casing layer instead of for the PF cakes.
Fill up a few jars to the top, leaving it fairly uncompacted, [seal them all air tight - wrong! - so how do i go about allowing air exchange before and after sterilisation? should I just leave the lid on looser or make a few pinholes in it? then cover with micropore tape asap?] and then sterilise in a PC at 15 PSI for - how many minutes?
Leave for how long? - and then in as sterilse as an environment as I can manage, remove the lid and transfer some culture to the top of the jar, quickly reseal and let it colonise.
(see I'm an actual n00b, i've got the tek down pat just not the actual specifics)...
After colonisation of jars is complete,
set up buckets,
Duct Tape bottom to block light from the bottom. Put a few holes into it and cover with micropourous tape.
Pasteurise Poo/Coir/Coffee mix (what ratios?) in hot water at 76.6 - 82.2 deg C for 1 hour, inside oven bag to reduce stinkiness and poo-water effect.
this is where i get slightly confused on terminology.
I suppose that the poo mix is the 'substrate', then I use the colonised jars, crumble that over the mix to 'case' it with that yeah?
Unsure if I need to sterilise the bucket anymore as I guess the myc would be fairly well established by that point, if i do i have NFI how...
I guess after that it's a simple step of loading up a fair bit of substrate into the bucket and an appropriate amount of casing on top of that (again amounts are what i'm after really), cover with shower cap and occasionally mist. I know fungus doesnt photosynthesise but I hear they need some light at least, how much light exposure do they need?
any help would be very.. helpful
Cheers!
[edit] color coded - green means i need to find that stuff out.

The only thing I can really help you with is that you don't want your jars air tight when you pc. That would be dangerous. You need holes for gas exchange. they should have some sort of filter over them naturally

BUMP.
Cheers MuShQuEsT for the advice!
All I need to know really is what sort of ratios of coir/verm/birdseed/coffee i should use for the pf cakes, how to allow airflow for the jars, before and after PC-ing, should I cover with microporous tape for when they're colonising, and what's the most sterile way to go about this immediately after pc-ing?
and most importantly how long do i need to PC for and how long should I wait?
finally, what sort of ratios should I use for the substrate? the plan is horse poo + coco coir + Coffee (and maybe some more Vermiculite??) just NFI how much of each, and finally how many parts substrate to casing, I'm guessing about 3 to 1.
Again any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not really sure on how to find specific information on custom teks, and I've never even done a basic tek.. although this one seems pretty basic, it's the substrate and bucket here that are 'custom'.
well cheers again for any help.

Do some more reading and searching Dude . Birdseed can be sterilized the same as any grain. 1 hour 30 minutes is usually viewed as overkill but it gets the job done. I'd say 2 substrate to 1 spawn if this is your first attempt just to make sure that things get going. And if you're going to be spawning to a bulk substrate just stick with the birdseed man. Not worth all the other stuff to hassle with. Look into some rye teks and the lids they use. Usually involves 4 holes, a tyvek filter disk and then the ring over the top of that. 1 2 3....GO!
