The Saudi political family anounced that they will not support a US attack on Sadam this time and that we may NOT use their land, their bases or their air space this time.
The Bush Administration said that talks are in the works and we will gain Saudi support.
So what are we gona have to do for that?
Good thing we took Afghanistan, we can do whatever we want their.

America would be much better off if we change our assination policy.
I dont know just what we are trying to accomplish in Iraq. I mean short of an occupation of the area and take over of the government were not going to change much, they will rebuild, re group and who knows what the plans of Sadams successor will be.
If we could somehow magicly drop enough bombs and totaly destry all progress n chemical and nuclear weapons in the region, Im down for it but thats not going to happen.

We currently have TONS of hardware in Jordan, regardless of what their official position is on using their territory to launch attacks. Supposedly it is an exercise planned over 2 years ago, but it's awfully convenient.
Turkey has also massed quite a lot of their own military on their border., and of course US and British planes take off from there on a daily basis to enforce the no-fly zone.
We are currently in the middle of moving most of our assets out of Saudi Arabia and into Qatar. The Saudis are despicable bastards and I bid them good riddance.
Saddam's younger son, the one that heads the Republican Guard, was shot in the arm the other day in an assassination attempt by some opposition group. They get bolder all the time. I predict that Saddam will be shot in the head by one of his own officers once we hit the beach.
With any luck I'll be riding an LCAC up the beach before the end of the year

Oh yeah, and it has come to light that the DOD has contracted with a Danish shipping firm to have 3 huge cargo ships haul large military gear in the next few months. Gee, wonder what that's for.
