anyone into doing some research?

ok, that's what i'd like to propose to people with the apropriate enviroment, as i don't have it and couldn't make the procedures.

you need glassware(tissue culture), sterile enviroment and some degree of knowledge in chemistry.

basically: cacti tissue culture. making diferent nutrient solutions based on the NPK and relative micronutrients, excluding one diferent micronutrient in every sample + control sample.

proposal: hightening the alkaloid content due to the stress caused by the lack of one micronutrient. which one is to be observed.

verification:extraction of the dried material after some time in culture.

most important : why? to help discover which feeding schedual will be better for cacti right before harvesting.

and where the hell did you get this idea? ecologic handling of the soil, by primavesi.

anyone interested?

Stressing cacti isn“t really that hard.

In fact, it's easier than taking good care of them.

ok, stressing cacti isn't hard, but that's a more scientific way to look at it, which i like better...

and that would help us understand the plant itself a lot better...i don't know, if you don't see the need for this i can't really give you a better reason other than understanding.
