So I took SSRI's as a kid. Forget which one it was. But do you think that's why I'm so fucked in the head right now possibly? A contributing factor?

I highly doubt it.
Lot's of people are fucked up in the head though, why do you think this is?

I have some crazy mood swings and thought patterns. However I just went to the gym for the first time in like 6 months and I gotta say just from that one visit just now I'm already improving. I'm gonna try and go every day from now on if possible. I'll keep you guys updated. Wasn't there a study out there that said exercise is as efficient as SSRI's if not more at battling mental disorders? And I went into the sauna after my workout to. I wonder if you sweat out all the toxins and shit in the sauna. I'll have to look that up. Anyways I think I'm improving.

Bipolar disorder has such little diagnostic validity that it might not even exist as a diagnosis in the DSM-V and ICD-11. So, I don't think it would be wise to diagnose this person based on two posts.

yes, there have been studies showing excercise is a good method of regulating your mood and triggering a overall sense of well being... a sauna will definitely help your body rid itself of toxins. keep up the good work!

exercise is a wonderful way to treat/cope with neurotic disorders.
SSRI's are not meant to be taken as a child as they can lead to thoughts of suicide (and probably other depressed shit)... How long did you take them for, dosage, type of medication, etc?
I would say (in all my wonderous experience) the chances are slim that theres long term consequences from taking SSRI's as a child though.

I don't remember what it was. It was actually for my mild case of tourettes. I think I took 'em for only like a year or two.
